The item was brand new as described. The product quality was. It was a very good. It was a decent value. The packaging was sufficient to protect the item. I am not sure about the shipping cost.....if it was sent via USPS Media Mail I believe it would not have been as expensive. The appearance of the item was excellent. Thank you.
