I ordered a signed/sealed Easton Press book from this seller. The seller sold this sealed book at a very reasonable price (actually cheaper than some unsealed listings of the same book). The book is 20 years old at least, but based on its condition you’d almost think it was brand new, minus a slight “old-book” smell. That’s really unavoidable though and was very minor. Shipping went great. I ordered a book on a Tuesday and the Post Office already had it by that Wednesday.
