With a very old chawan, we can expect some signs of wear and this was indeed the case with this one, but I did not return the chawan because it is still a beautiful piece of art. After informing the seller of this, he was very accommodating and offered me two options to compensate for my initial little disappointment when I opened the package. This was my second purchase from this seller and I would have no hesitation in making more if the opportunity arises. Safe packaging and fast delivery.
