In gold lettering, the spine says Holy Bible Pronouncing, Illustrated Red Letter Edition, and International Teachers. Red Letter Edition means that the words spoken by Jesus were printed in red. The inside title page also says "International" Series, Self-Pronouncing Edition. Long Primer, Octavo, References, and Clear Type Edition. It also says Authorized Version, Self-Pronouncing Text, and International Press. Behind that page, it says Copyright 1905 by The John C Winston Co. There's just so many cool tidbits in this bible, such as a timeline of when events most likely occurred, meanings of weights, money and measures, and also a "Combination Concordance" at the back of the book - a sort of dictionary that has verse references. And of course, as stated, it give many pronunciations to words, and has many beautiful and colorful illustrations. This is an antique book and therefore is not in perfect condition. This book does have damage on the outside, like a torn and faded cover. The outside edges of the pages were red with a gold gilt on top, but it has since faded. Some pages on the inside have rough edges, dirt/dust, and small little rips here and there on the edges.
