Item was sent super fast, and I was told it was delivered, but it was actually just left at the door, and somebody took it. *big parcel usually posty leaves card, or gives to neighbour* I explained to eBay and thankfully they have issued a 'one time' only reimbursment. ( I have also contacted the local courier, and explained they need to stop leaving parcel of that size just sitting there... )

Everything was included that was shown in the picture and it did arrive in a timely manner. However the packaging was not sturdy and did not hold up in shipping. The seller used very thin paper and grocery store vegetable bags. Only the tape was in place when the package arrived.
