Disappointed. Misleadingly listed as a postcard BOOK, 3 available, bought all. Slow to ship, when purchase finally arrived pkg contained 3 single postcards only. I messaged seller, no reply. I initiated a return, seller gaslit me then lowballed w/a partial refund (still way too expensive per single postcard) & said if I didn’t accept eBay would decide. I waited til I could escalate, decision came back in my favor the same day. Prepaid return label received, items returned, waiting for refund.

It’s been a month of waiting and the package still hasn’t arrived. They pushed the delivery dates back by another month... I’m giving 5 stars for what I believe is fair, like the product description. The rest is what I’m describing here: just shipping the item doesn’t mean the job is done.Where’s the after-sales service? Where’s the communication with buyers? Honestly, I’m not sure what should even be adjusted in this service rating.

Seller shipped out item very quickly and also packaged it in a way that it would have taken a lot to damage it in the shipping process. Poster came as described and will look good in my collection. I would definitely recommend as a seller as I feel value was there etc.
