The JVC GR-D750U camcorder did not work, even though the description said it was tested and in working condition. I had to return the camcorder, despite the product being listed as “no returns,” but the seller did mention in the description that returns was accepted for defective items. Shipping label was free. I had to message the seller after the third business day for assistance and on the fourth business day the return was picked up from the post office. In the end, I received a full refund.

Valve was unfortunately mislabeled and marked as non returnable. Contacted seller and they provided my money back immediately. That is awesome business model and great to see on eBay!
