Shipped promptly and came very well packaged. The box had taken a beating, but layers of newspaper and other wrappings, plus a final good wrap around the book itself, saved the day. It is just as photographed and the seller did an superb job of describing the book's condition: Pages tight and clean, excellent binding, excellent dust cover, 1st edition. This seller was polite in answering my question, also shipped promptly once I'd purchased it. The item is in excellent condition as described, and she took great care to package it so it wouldn't get damaged during shipping... something I wish more retailers would do!

This was an oversize book that could have been damaged in shipping. The vendor first put it in a heavy paper bag which was then placed in a box with additional paper padding. The book was accurately described and with free shipping a good value.
