The item was shipped quickly and arrived safely. I give this transaction 4 stars because the item was listed as "New" and when I removed it from the packaging, I was surprised to find it extremely dirty! (as a seller I would never send an item to a customer in that condition) Every surface had to be cleaned thoroughly. Also there was no original product instruction pamphlet or startup guide in the box. Otherwise very satisfied!

Exactly as pictured and measurements quoted. The listed size is always helpful when deciding on an item, so to be sure it will be similar to other dogs in buyer's collection. Maybe a slightly high price, but the free shipping evens it out. Just too cute to pass by. Packed well to avoid damage and mailed promptly.
