Tumi was just as described. Was well packed and protected. Had a small issue with shipping, Fedex dropped the ball, not the sellers fault. Contacted seller and was responsive and helped me get the bag located. Overall, great purchase/value.

Item as described. Well packed and protected in shipping crate. Fedex left package unprotected. Heavy rain did not affect the picture due to excellent packaging. Shipping was almost 30% of item costs though. In this case it was worth it
