This is my second purchase from this seller. Just like the first time, the packaging was very poor — barely any protection for fragile vintage tube equipment. I was lucky this time that the item arrived intact. I had already messaged the seller privately, emphasizing the importance of proper packaging: generous bubble wrap and strong double boxes are a must. Unfortunately, that advice seems to have been ignored. The seller does respond quickly to issues, but I truly hope future buyers won’t have

The item was just as described, well taken care of. and in good condition. Glad I was able to find one of these and actually I was very pleased with the purchase price. Good use of bubble wrap to block the item in place. Shipping price was fair and the item was shipped quickly. Very happy with the transaction, I would purchase from Ume Enterprises again. Nice work!
