   The item was well-packaged. Shipping, though pricey, was quick from the opposite U.S. coast. The box was not the original box that the figurine had come in and there was no tag - I can no longer access the original listing to see if this was made clear - so I can't definitively say that the item is "new," but it arrived undamaged and in excellent condition, so the price was fair. I would recommend this seller.

   Great eBay seller, excellent communications, very accurate description, good sustainable packaging, and immediate shipping. The Tektronix Type 647 Oscilloscope arrived in very good used condition, complete with fully functional knobs, ports and switches - ready to be restored.
