You are bidding on a lovely antique hardcover book titled A Forest Hymn by William Cullen Bryant. With Illustrations by John A. Nums. Published by W. A. Townsend, 1860. This is the collectible First Edition. The book features decorative beautiful leather binding. Front and back covers have gold border and gold lettering. The covers are firmly attached with no cracking or splitting of hinges. Covers have inner gilt dentelles. Has decorative endpages. All pages (82 pages) are present and tightly bound. The outside page edges have bright gilt edge on all three sides. Original owner's name on first blank page (Freddy, 1860).
