Edward George Earle Lytton Bulwer Lytton, 1st Baron Lytton (1803-73) was an English politician and best-selling novelist. Although second only to Dickens in popularity in his time, Lytton’s extravagant style and moralizing seemed out of place in the twentieth century. A handsomely bound book! COLL1851ABDN

This book far exceeded my expectations! It’s in the most pristine condition of any of the old books that I own. Robins Rare Books is amazing. Always a great value, very well packaged, quick shipping and always as described. I am a repeat customer and will always check listing from this seller first when I’m in the market for an antiquarian book.

This arrived safely and it was well packaged. This is exactly as described and it included a thank you on a postcard. This was well thought out and the seller knows how to handle and ship rare books. This was worth more than it was sold for, in my opinion, and I greatly appreciate doing business with this person.
