I have purchased from this seller in the past. Always well packaged and meticulously labeled so there is no possibility of getting LEDs for 2 or 3 receivers mixed up when orders for 2 or 3 separate receivers arrive at the same time. The ones for my 1977 Sansui 9090DB were separately packaged and clearly marked “Sansui 9090DB” along with the voltage, size of LED bulb, and labeled “polarized” or “non-polarized”. as were the ones for my 1969 Sansui 4000, and my 1970 Sansui 5000A. Very pleased.

This was my second time I needed to contact this seller (joe) to purchase a lamp for a recently purchased tuner. This time I had no available required information as to what the watt or voltage required. We communicated back-n-forth. Afterwards- He chose and sent 2 ea.- two popular sizes that matched the lamp type identified. One lamp type WORKED! Joe definitely is my seller of choice for any/all audio type lamps i may need. Great all around customer service! HIGHLY recommend this seller!

Providing a positive rating based on the final outcome. The product was stolen during shipping, due to no fault of the seller. All I received was an empty package that had been damaged by USPS. The process took a while and lots of frustration to finally reach a resolution with ebay. In the end, I will be receiving a refund. Certainly don't want to negatively affect the seller's feedback. It was not his fault. Glad the buyer guarantee process finally worked.
